How Does It Work?

This feature is easy to set up and is customizable to your needs.
- Step 1: Choose the number of “punches”
- Step 2: Select the incentive or reward to give subscribers who reach the last punch on their card – this can be a free order, product, and more
- Step 3: Select a minimum order value required for subscribers to receive a punch to ensure all rewards are met after passing a specific threshold
Our Digital Punch Card widget lives in the upper portion of the customer portal dashboard, making it seamless for subscribers to log in and view their progress at any time to see how close they are to their next reward.
Since launching in June, the Stay team has been hard at work iterating on the Digital Punch Cards experience. Now, you can:
- Customize Your Punch Card – Make your punch card perfectly fit your brand by choosing from a variety of icon options as both your punch and award icons for a visual that best fits your brand’s vibe!
- Add Multiple Incentives – Use the punch card as an incentive tracker, as we allow you to add awards throughout the duration of your punch card. Use the Stay Executive Dashboard to identify potential dips in your retention between orders, and target those dips as award windows, targeting incentives along the duration of your punch card!
- Make Immediate Changes to All Punch Cards – Make changes to your punch card settings, and select whether you’d like them to apply to all existing punch cards, or just newly generated ones. What this means for you is, as we roll out more awesome enhancements, you can make sure all of your customers get access to the latest and greatest offerings!
- Add New Incentives – Find the reward that motivates your customers best! In addition to the free order incentive available throughout the Digital Punch Cards beta, you can now set up a discount or a free product as a reward. This enables you to use the incentives that most encourage your customers to keep earning punches until they get it!
- Alert Your Customers of Punches and Awards – Create tailored Klaviyo flows for personalized communications at each step of the subscriber’s punch card experience using Retextion—Punch Earned, Award Earned, and Award Redeemed events.
