We’re stoked to announce the release of Stay Ai’s updated customer portal, featuring new functionality to enhance the customer experience.
As a part of our commitment to continuously improve our services, on September 5, 2023, we will be deprecating the old Customer Portal to pave the way for a more efficient and user-friendly platform.
Let’s dig in to what’s new & improved!
Stay Ai Customer Portal V2 Updates
This addition is designed to help our brands drive more add-on revenue. We’ve introduced a a new launch point where customers can “Add Extras” directly from the subscriptions details section, as well as an eye-catching option to open the “View All” product catalog.
Sort Customer Portal Components
Want to re-arrange the components in your customer portal? You can now use an easy drag and drop function to order the customer portal elements where you desire them. For example, if you’d prefer your product carousel to sit at the bottom of the portal page, a simple drag & drop can help you move it down there.
Optimized Mobile Experience
We really focused on mobile experience with this rollout, and this is one of our biggest wins for V2! Text fields, scrolling experiences, and component alignment are all strategically optimized for mobile in this update.
Intuitive Customer Actions
This update includes updated loading indicators that alert users to action, improved error messaging, and clear content direction for customers on next steps.
Improved Gift Next Order Flow
When a customer Gifts Next Order on V2, they will now see a gift identifier on the Next Shipment, as well as the Upcoming Orders page.
Subscription Frequency Setting UI Update
We “prettified” (and clarified) the subscription frequency selector, moving away from a drop down and into a more streamlined UX for customer use.
Item Skipped/Item Out of Stock Indicators
In addition to the Gifting Updates that we made, customers will also now see if they have skipped an item or if an item is out of stock.
Update Next Order Date Prompt
This one came as a request from our existing wonderful brands! We heard that customers were a bit confused with our prior frequency update feature. To fix this, we created a flow that pushes users to set their next order date for maximum clarity.
– Condensed payment methods & profile pages, for easier customer access
– More consistent & visually appealing modal design, for brand consistency
– “Reactivate” button moved to top of cancelled subscription view, to inspire reactivation
– Exposed “Set to All Subscriptions” and “Update Payment Method” Buttons, for easier customer access
– Updated Order of Action Buttons, moving the “Skip Next Order” as a later option in the list
Moving to Customer Portal V2
For Existing Stay Ai Brands
If you’re currently using Stay Ai, please reach out to your Customer Service Manager if you would like to be flipped to the new Customer Portal prior to September 5th. During that time, we are going to be white-gloving any CSS or visual updates required.
On September 5, 2023, we will be flipping all clients to V2, unless explicitly requested otherwise.
