Making Flavor Swaps and Add-ons Easy to Cut Churn and Boost AOV: Perfect Snacks is constantly introducing new flavors. Stay Ai’s intuitive customer portal and interactive SMS chatbot make it easy for them to offer customers an opportunity to swap flavors within their existing subscriptions, saving subscribers who might be experiencing flavor fatigue. 

Enabling customers to easily try new flavors also contributes to higher average order value (AOV). Customers who try and enjoy multiple flavors are more likely to subscribe to multiple flavors simultaneously, leading to a boost in overall order value.

Promoting those flavors is easy through the add-on carousel in the customer portal and via SMS chatbot. Plus, from the customer portal, subscribers can see how much they would save on a product if they subscribe to it, instead of just a one-time add-on.

This, along with the flexibility of the subscription program and benefits — like free shipping, percentage discounts, easy swaps and modifications, etc. — helps to reduce churn and keep customers longer.
